GRAWL Is Back and Bigger Than Ever

GRAWL Is Back and Bigger Than Ever

The Greensboro Arm Wrestling League (GRAWL) is back for its 2024 Season with an epic, 16-wrestler event in support of the nonprofit Community Housing Solutions (CHS) on September 28. Volunteers are needed to arm wrestle, support the show’s creative team, and represent GRAWL at the Greensboro Pride Festival. Register by July 20 to guarantee your spot and a one-of-a-kind GRAWL Season 2024 T-shirt.

After eight years and 15 wild and wacky arm-wrestling fundraisers, GRAWL is going big for its Super Sweet Sixteenth event. A double bracket of 16 women and nonbinary arm wrestlers will compete to bring home the glory – and support CHS’s mission to preserve safe and affordable housing for low-income residents of Guilford County.

“As our community grows in economic prosperity, we must ensure we leave no one behind. CHS has been working for more than two decades to keep homes warm, dry and in good repair for individuals and families who might not otherwise be able to afford it. GRAWL is proud to support this critical service to help ensure that everyone in our community has access to safe, affordable housing,” according to the GRAWL Leadership Team.

GRAWL is committed to inclusion. Women (including trans women) and gender nonbinary people of all physical abilities are invited to participate. No arm wrestling experience is necessary – only a willingness to get silly, be brave, and fundraise your heart out.
